Waleed, have you gotten it to work? I can't find Copy or Paste in any menus.

Maybe someone here can help me. I am a Mac user trying to get the freeware program SyncMate to work with my Shadow so I can sync my phone to my Mac. I try to install the driver on the Shadow and get the following message: "Error: Access Denied. Please switch security configuration on Your device into APPLICATION UNLOCKED mode."

Any ideas how to do this? I am not very tech savvy so if you could please explain as if I was a slow first grader that would be great. I appreciate your help.

SyncMate sucks for now. Much promise but it's failed to deliver in every release. Let's hope it the next release works well cuz it could be a really really good software for us Mac users. For the meantime, you could probably use the trial version of Missing Sync to at least, sync your data for now. Hopefully, the next version of SyncMate would be released and working b4 ur trial is over@
